Joy ! Presentation of my latest piece to international art lovers and collectors at a private event organised by the Brussels Art Fair. It will take place in the home of a Brussels collector.

My work will be exhibited this summer at Galerie Sept, a venue where the search for the sensitive and the material are at the heart of their artistic proposals. My work will explore deep emotions, our ancestral chimeras, in search of the first gesture.

I was invited to explain my atypical career path, the precise objectives of its development and how to achieve them commercially.

I’ve been invited by the French Institute of Latvia to give a talk on my work and the revival of the textile industry in the Aubusson region.

My apprentice Emma Fardeau and I have been selected to take part in the next know-how transfer program orchestrated by the Michelangelo Foundation. A seven-month collaborative project to follow with us step by step.

Six artists from the Aubussonnais workshops La Main nue, of which I am one, and two guest artists, will be exhibiting for three days in an unusual area of the castle, exceptionally open to the public. Works in clay, textiles and images will be on display in a tour directed by the talented Delphine Ciavalidini.

How to project your self in the textil world of tomorrow with your hands, your heart and your visionnary mind ? This is the central question of this international event where humanist philosophy rhymes with textile vertuosity. Oh joy, two of my works will be exhibited there and I will hold Nuno Silk introductory workshops.

My piece La Peau de Pergame, whose imaginary world is rooted in our ancient and mythological histories, won a prize from the Ateliers d’art de France jury (creation category – Nouvelle-Aquitaine). Thank you for this recognition! The jury was attended by Stéphane Galerneau, President of Ateliers d’Art de France.

As deputy general secretary of Lainamac, I accompany the formidable team of this association during the presentation of its « Intelligence of the hand – Journey » Prize by the Bettencourt-Shuller foundation. Based on the intelligence of the hand, the craft sector is one of the first to land, by nature, the question of the liability of the use of raw materials. I present the steps of my company on this subject very important for us (traceability, local and ecological materials…).

One of my wall coverings, of the Chimere collection, measuring 205*250 cm, was chosen by Charlotte Du Vivier-Lebrun and Come Remy, experts of decorative art, to be sold in an auction at the Maison Druot as part of the fair “Revelations hors les murs” (out of the walls). A meeting expected by many specialists, enthusiasts and collectors.

Un article that highlights the particularities of my work, among four workshops specializing in mural decoration. It is about materials and colors and reminds that “since the dawn of time, the human being strives for beautifying the walls through decoration”.

During this event, known and recognized by professionals and amateurs of this natural fiber, newspaper La Montagne highlights my work and the demonstration of Nuno Silk on the felting machine, realized this Saturday 27th of October.

For a project departing from interior decoration, Céline Ferron and myself have come together and combined our know how to create three refined stoles, where tapestry, weaving and fine felting answer to specific needs.

The gothic church of Felletin bears the Le Corbusier’s unique stamp. I am honored to exhibit my collection Diapir in this exceptional and unique architecture. You will also get a chance to discover pieces by other world famous textile designers.

These days aim at highlighting various but yet unknown craft arts.
On this occasion, I will open the doors of my workshop. Come and discover the wools, silks and other fine materials used for ancestral Nuno Silk technique.

I was awarded the first prize of contest organised by « La Cité Internationale de la Tapisserie », in partnership with 2Cube (small business nursery) ! As early as January 2017, I will get a chance to settle in one of their workshops, in the exceptional surrounding of the museum.
